Unopened Items We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Opened or Used Items Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene reasons, opened or used travel sprays cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage you to review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a scent, feel free to reach out — we're happy to help you choose.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Sale Items All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
